Our Founder

Helens Piñeiro

Epic Title Group was founded in 2011 by Helens Piñeiro, Licensed Title Agent for the State of Florida. At the age of 17 years old, Ms. Piñeiro had the opportunity of initiating her career in the title industry. Within a matter of days working as a receptionist while still attending high school, she knew title insurance was her passion. In 2009, at the age of just 22 years old she successfully established Nu World Title together with its owner, making this first title company she managed as title agent. After 2 intense years of insuring hundreds of purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages, REO' and short sales, she decided it was time for a new challenges and Epic Title Group was born. As title agent she has insured thousands of transactions successfully ranging from small vacant lots to multimillion dollar commercial properties. Ms. Piñeiro has been appointed by the most prestigious underwriters in the industry such as First American Title, North American Title, Fidelity Title Insurance, Old Republic national Title and more.
